The Bright Feed respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are properly reported to our designated copyright agent.
As a news aggregation service, we display headlines, summaries, and links to content from third-party sources. If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures outlined below.

3 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please provide our DMCA Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

provide a representative list.
2. Identification of infringing material
Identify the material you claim is infringing and provide the URL or other specific location
where the material appears on our Service.
3. Your contact information
Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement
Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement
Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury,
that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your signature
Provide your physical or electronic signature.
4 What Happens After You File
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- • Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
- • Provide them with a copy of the takedown notice
5 Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent containing:
- • Your physical or electronic signature
- • Identification of the removed material and its former location
- • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- • Your name, address, and telephone number
- • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Georgia if you are outside the US)
- • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed material.
6 Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
7 Warning: False Claims
Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

8 Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
