Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.

Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
